Excellent. I rated every aspect with 5 stars. The office, Cora was extremely helpful and responsive. The team handled our belongings with care. I had angst due to the way my belongings were handled by a different moving company. The Two Men & A Truck moving team eased my worries. They were very friendly. It took longer than expected which was a bit of a surprise and cost a bit more than quote.

Our moving team was excellent! Professional, respectful, knowledgeable. They took great care in wrapping all items and then unwrapping and placing in their designated spots in the new place.

Overall, Two Men & a Truck's service was good. I really enjoyed how the customer service team followed up & checked in to see how the service went & also confirmed the day before my moving service that the date was still okay, etc. The movers were also friendly & helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs movers in the Philadelphia area.

The move went well till the guys tried to get our couch through a door they never stopped and were so good about the whole thing. The 2 guys worked so fast and took care of all of our things. I would use them again

Jerome and his team of movers did their best to keep time down and kept me informed of their strategy along the way. They also ensured that we did a walkthrough at the old place to make sure we had gotten everything. For the office team, although Rylee was my point of contact, I found that anyone on the team was knowledgeable enough to answer any questions I had.
