The day of the move about 2:30 it was apparent the guys were getting tired and were behind schedule. i called the office and let them know that and requested a supervisor come by and or another mover. My concern was an accident was inevitable. As it turns out one of the men (Nicoma) tried to carry a 250 LB stereo amplifier up 3 flights of stairs by himself (without a dolly) after he was warned by myself to be extremely careful with the amps and speakers as they were not only very heavy but very expensive (amps $ 25,000 ea., speakers $ 30,000 ea.). We all heard a big, loud crash and found him lying on the main staircase the amp bent and laying on the floor and the 87 year old wood floor gouged along with the base board. After initial discussion, team of three recommended. The team was very organized and professional. Packing was precise and all the truck space was utilized. Unloading was quick and overall timeframe was shorter than anticipated. Overall positive experience

Nothing was to big or heavy for those two guys and they had all the tools needed to do the job right and fast.

The two young men moving us were efficient, honest and personable. They were very careful moving our things. They were great!

The two movers were excellant. Even though there was freezing rain they were hustling the entire move. They never stopped or stalled and I was really impressed with their teamwork and communication with each other. They were able to get all our heavy items upstairs without doing damage to any of our items. I also liked that they doubled checked to make sure I was satisfied with where they placed items. I would highly recommend the company solely based on my experience with these two movers.

The guys were professional, friendly, fun and hard working. They were very careful, very efficient and had a good time at the job. I really admired the work ethic on display.

You were late 40 minutes. I would suggest always calling to let people know U are late and when you will arrive. I had to call and escalate. However the Movers MORE than appologized and made up for it with their attitude ! Especially the leader of the 2. He was great and should be commended !!!!

We moved on Dec 22. It was 30 degrees and raining. Daniel and Josh never once complained or had anything but a great attitude. They took extra care of all our belongings and not even a scratch occurred. I appreciate them for making the experience much better by just their positive attitude. I will definitely use again and recommend everyone request Josh and Daniel!
