We moved furniture to our garage because of a remodeling project. When the time came to move furniture back in to the house, we realized that
the hardware to the mirrors and bedframe were not to be found. The initial movers did not keep track of the hardware. Of course, this move was on a Friday afternoon, so the problem did not get resolved. One pleasant fellow was sent to our home Friday night, but he was unable to fix the problem. I was told someone would come out first thing Saturday morning, but no one showed up. By Sunday and multiple trips to the hardware store, my husband and I found bolts that would work. We were not very pleased with that aspect of the moving process. I also see where two of my pieces of furniture got a little 1/2 inch scratch on the edges.

The staff were very courteous and on time. Not a single mishap with all of our moved goods. Would use Two Men and a Truck again. Chad at the office was very responsive to our questions and calls.

My husband and I had used Two Men and a Truck before when we moved into Lakesode Place! This time however, my husband hd passed and I remembered how efficient and respectful everyone was. On Monday, I really enjoyed the two ypung men that helped box up everything because I had becomeso overwhelmed and was having a hrd tome getting motivated. They both were so pwrsonable and helpful. The next day when it came time to load the truckand move me to Yukon, the trhee young men were great and worked hatd to get the job done and get my stuff to Yukon safely. When itcomes time for me to move into my new place, I will use the cpmpany again! Thank you for a great experience! I really appreciate everything you all did for me!

James, TJ, Daniel were totally awesome. They couldn't do enough for me. I want to move again just to hire them back. They are a true testament to quality customer service.

The moving team went well above my expectations in quality of service, care of property, speed of commission completion and professional competence. Then the office team was eager to explain the process for one using a moving service for the first time. There initial estimate was accurate and follow-up was not only confidant, but respectful.

Our movers were personable,quick and efficient. I felt they packed our items with care. They were great when they unloaded in the new home and placed boxes in the exact area I wanted. Would definitely recommend and use again!
