My move was in two parts and my house was unloaded into my garages at my new property. It was a surprise that I was going to be charged for the moving blankets even though movers were coming back out in a few days to move the furniture into the house. The charge was $380 for 38 blankets. This is ridiculous since new blanket are only $8. A new policy is needed where there is a charge for the blankets, but refunded when they take them back after moving in.

Matt and Nathan were awesome. They had a rough long unespected morning but once they arrived for our move it was nonstop from the time they arrived till the time they finished. They were fast, careful, and awesome! Grateful for their hard work! They had awesome attitudes! They made the process painless. It was a pleasant experience! We will definitely use again!

All very good except what I failed to mention. (My fault)
Only complaint; the 3rd truck did some damage to my drive.
I thought some goods were over packed. Can't say 600 +/- good thing

Desmond and Phoenix were wonderful! They worked a pace that made me feel like they wouldn't take forever to complete the move, yet it wasn't so fast that I worried about the condition of my property. And they both had wonderful personalities and were fun to work with! We've used your company twice now, once for a residential move and once for business, and have been very pleased both times.

The love was great. I have a new scratch on my floor which I’ll be reporting but that will happen with movers from time to time. The only thing that really got under my skin was 1 of the movers chatted on the phone for 20 minutes. He was carrying things with 1 hand and casually walking back and forth. Then there was a lot of rounding up with the times which seemed odd, especially given he was on his phone for a big chunk of the drop off.

The two men who moved my company stayed with it all the way through what was close to a fourteen hour move. Their attitude was the same at hour fourteen as hour one. When everyone is tired, that attitude is greatly appreciated!

I especially liked the way all furniture was wrapped in blankets, then covered in stretch wrap. This insured that nothing was damaged. Took extra time, but well worth it, as we had some very expensive pieces. Our crew was very good, and were flexible about taking items not covered in the survey. If there was rom on the truck, they were happy to accommodate us. Could not ask for better service.
