Overall a very good experience. The moving team (I believe it was David and Matt) were especially great. They worked very hard and did not waste any time, but were careful with our things.

Our moving team of Curtis and Andre were fantastic. Courteous, professional, and efficient. Moving is a very hectic experience, but Curtis and Andre took great care with our property and they were very personable.

I was Very Disappointed!!! Very Rude Driver, And wouldn't move half of my things!!! I had to get other people to move the rest of my furniture and belongings!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!! Caused me Alot of Extra Work!!! Then, they still Way Overcharged Me!! On top of All of that!!! They were 2 1/2 Hrs late Before they Ever Even Showed Up!!! Nobody would Help Me!!! Horrible Experience!!! I Highly Do Not Recommend this Moving Company!!!!

A close friend had recently moved, and used your company. I was there the two days your team was there. I was very impressed with their additude and willingness to help, above and beyond.

I was a bit put off when they first arrived because Eddie said he had tried to call me at 8:30 and I had my phone with me at all times and it never rang. Adam from the office finally called me a little after 9 and told me they were at my apartment complex and they were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9. However, after that rough start, the move went fine. They had some difficulty maneuvering a piece of furniture upstairs but Eddie suggested another approach and it fit. I did look at the room when we did the final walk through and failed to notice that my bed was positioned right in front of a wall outlet that I cannot get to now. The cost was more than expected and Eddie explained I had run over the estimated time. I wondered if that was because of the question of when they arrived.

The service I received was excellent except there was miscommunication on the time they were to begin unloading at my new location. Also they had great difficulty reassembling one of my beds. Also the glass door trim on my antique sideboard was damaged and someone was to contact me to come out and access the piece but I have not heard from them.

Overall was good. There is damage to my hardword floor to be resolved. Movers acted as though it was not a big deal and I was making too much of it. Other than that the experience was as I expected which was good. My furniture was moved professionally had they have not damaged floor and had an attitude about it my rating would be excellent. I expect the hardwood floor to be repaired promptly and professionally. To date, I have not received a call to schedule anything.

The movers were personable, polite and professional. I really appreciated their care with our belongings and their efficiency. AND - although they were running late they were really good about keeping me updated with phone calls.
