The movers were nice but several of our upholstered furniture items got dirty. Also, once the movers left, we went back to the old house to ensure everything was out, and we found a broken off leg to our chest of drawers hidden in a cabinet above the toilet in our master bath. We were disappointed that the leg was broken in the move, and also that someone tried to hide the evidence in a cabinet. Lastly, they forgot to move a large rug so my husband had to move it himself.

I was quoted one price and had to pay much much more due to incompetence workers!!!! I will never use this company again!!

The team who came to move us worked hard, were careful with our home and the handling of our items that needed to be moved. They were very energetic and positive and packed the pods efficiently plus moved us to an apartment getting every thing in the correct place. Did a great job and as real estate agent myself I will recommend them to all my clients, sellers and buyers.

The movers left an item on the truck, and when I called asking for it to be returned, I was told their truck is in the shop and I must wait for their truck to be returned, before I can receive my items the movers forgot to unload. They made a mistake and should go to the shop, retrieve my property and bring it to me. They act as if this an impossible tasks and think I should wait because of their mistake. The delivery was on August 9th 2018, I called on August 10th 2018 for the missing items, and I have been blown off every time.

The moving team was great. They were friendly, efficient, and very clear with what the service entailed and what the costs would be. There was no confusion or miscommunication. The team showed respect for my family's things and were faster than I expected. They exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend.
