My complaint with Two Men and a Truck is that it took 9 weeks to resolve an issue concerning damage to my property. The sheet I signed said I would be contacted in 2 business days, it took 2 weeks, and I was the one that initiated the process. After that it, it took over a month to hear back regarding the outcome of this inquiry. This amount of lag-time is not best practices.

They were a good team and worked at a steady and consistent pace. Teresa and Adam (the office staff who took my call) were also very understanding and patient while I described my needs. Both guys did excellent job! I had a washer and dryer moved from my basement. It was a rough job to say the least. Both gentlemen kept their cool and were so professional. They cared for my items as if they were their own. I could not have been more pleased with those guys! Made moving less stressful on me and worth every penny spent.
