Office staff was very knowledgeable and professional with thorough explanation and accuracy of fees. I was able to get the moving team out on the same day. Brice and Jared arrived on time. They worked very hard to move furniture quickly with no damage to personal property. They were very personable and professional. The company followed up with a telephone call to check on customer satisfaction. I was very pleased nine years ago and even more pleased today. I would definitely recommend this company for your next move!

The guys were professional and worked hard. Unfortunately there was only one elevator and another apartment moving out as we were moving in. The delay I think led them to just putting boxes that were labeled anywhere and everywhere in order to finish quickly. Other than that it went well.

Everything was great except that I had asked them to bring 6 mattress bags and the office forgot to communicate that to the team. The moving team offered to have someone bring them. My home is an hour away from their office so I told them not to worry about it. I'm still not sure if I was charged for mattress bags.

The movers were early for appointment, quickly loaded up belonging and had no issues moving my VERY heavy kitchen table! They were very courteous and really tried to put everything together and in its place in our new house!!

The guys who were sent to move my things were awesome! They were very nice and helpful. They carried all of my stuff up 3 flights of stairs without complaining! One of them also gave me suggestions on good places to eat around the new place I had moved to. Really great service all around. Will definitely recommend!

Overall the move went well, I still have some things to unpack. Many of the labeled boxes did not end up in the rooms marked on the box instead they put them in my new spare room because they took them from my old spare room. I had them clearly marked kitchen, bath etc because I had spent the whole week packing and putting them in one location to make it easier for everyone. Just a suggestion because this happened it would be nice if they could turn the boxes where you can easily read the contents and location because I had to move them to the correct location.
