Michael, the sales manager was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help my family in a tough time. I was suddenly tasked with coordinating an unexpected move for a family member with about 48 hours notice. Michael went above and beyond to make this move as easy and affordable as possible. All my friends and family members involved in helping us raved about the series received. The crews on packing and moving day were also wonderful, friendly, professional, and efficient. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We had an awesome experience with Anthony, Cody, and Brandon. They were all very polite and worked extremely hard the entire day. They took care of our furniture and never complained once. As a supervisor of the company I work for, I would actively seek to hire these three guys if we were in the same line of work. This is a temporary move while our house is being built and we will be requesting this team again to move us again.

From the call to the last box being unloaded, everyone did a great job. In regards to the men that moved the items, they were amazing. Our future move that we have, I will be requesting the same men. Would have rated higher than Excellent if that would have been an option.

The three men that came to my house to help with my in-home moved between rooms upstairs and downstairs were wonderful. They were so very polite and very encouraging to each other as they were moving heavy items around. I am more than happy with their work and will definitely use them again if needed and i will recommend them to others.

Important was communication and and being able to talk with some that shared the mission of our move. The move was succesful and every item packed with care. First I think your trucks should have lift gates. My two movers had to lift very heavy large pieces of furniture from ground level to chest high. Neither wore any kind of lumbar support. I think this is dangerous and not something a company should overlook if it cares about its employees. Secondly, I did not like being solicited for tips. I fully intended to tip each of them, but being informed immediately upon their arrival, that "tips are appreciated" (which means tips are expected) left a less than pleasant impression. They did a great job and deserved the tips I paid them, but it lessened my enjoyment of expressing gratitude when I knew they were expecting it.
