The only problem that we had was that we gave the moving team a credit card number to use, but the final invoice was charged to a different card that you had on file.

The men delivering the couch stated that a 33% gratuity was included, but that they don’t see that. So, they pressured my wife into trying to leave a tip via cash app, because we don’t carry cash. However my wife doesn’t have cash app, and so he ask when I (the husband) would be able to cash app them, and how much we would be sending. It just seemed unprofessional.

Theo and Devon were professional and on time. They did a great job moving heavy furniture. I do wish they would have told me they were going to turn my dresser upside down, I would have secured things in the drawers better. They were courteous and accommodating. Overall we are satisfied with our move. Thank you Theo and Devon!

The crew was amazing with my elderly parents and all 3 introduced themselves to both mom and dad and shook their hands. Very professional and efficient. This crew was A+ all around.

The time frame was a bit off, they arrived 30 minutes past the window. However, the two gentlemen were so wonderful it’s hard to be upset. They were careful with my mom’s belongings and cheerful with us. I can’t say enough good things about them. Karen (?) in the office was great, too. She walked me through everything and helped me think of things I hadn’t yet.
