Zion & the other individual were extremely professional, and had great communication. It was a very seem-less process, and they had everything out very quick, then into the new place quick too. I appreciated how nice they were , which goes a long way these days! I only had a few items, but everything was treated with care, and not damaged.

My husband and I just purchased our first home as a married couple. It was a very stressful time & your movers made the move so smooth & easy. They worked hard nonstop & I love that they worked so well together, letting each other know when there was a step or what was behind them. They were wonderful, professional and so strong! They broke two pieces including a 5 tier bookshelf. Nice enough men and they were fairly quick but mistakes were made.

2 hrs late.Twice I had to call to see what was going on. Guys that did the actual moving work were Fantastic!! Nobody has called to arrange final payment.

I am sorry to hear of the hiccups. It looks like you signed to use the card on file used for the deposit, so your card used for the deposit will be ran. I am also sorry to hear that we ran a little late. Looks like we were able to get the job done $210 under the initial estimate as well. Again, my apologies that we ran late. I will pass this feedback on to the operations manager.

We were so happy with the carefulness and the efficiency of our team (Mason, Dominique, Zion and Michael). They were fast, but also stopped to ask questions and listen to any concerns. I felt like the speed was for our benefit, not theirs. They also made it a pleasant experience because they obviously worked well with each other and enjoyed each other. It made me smile through the whole day!

The only thing about your service that bothers me is that the clock starts at the time the truck leaves your property until it returns. Actual touch time of the crew was just after 9 am until just before 11 am, but I was charged for over the 2 hour limit. Maybe this is industry standard, I don't know. There should be a better way to be more accurate in quoting fees for budgeting purposes.

Hi Rob, we're happy to hear our services earned a 5-star review! Our employees must be paid while driving, given that is considered "work" by the government. Some companies opt to charge you outlandish "travel" fees to cover this, however, we keep it simple. Thanks for your feedback and the opportunity to provide some insight.
