Office staff made planning efficient and seamless.
Moving staff was punctual, very respectful and accommodating.
Moving staff was a little bit slow, due to one mover being new--also had to use stairs some. Their slowness doubled my cost, but I'm okay because they were so professional.
Complaint: No one has contacted me about my damage report.

We were pleased with the men who moved us. But they did not reconnect the power cord to the electric power chair I realized we did not purchase your extra insurance. But I expect there would be a certain standard to be met without purchasing extra insurance. Items should be delivered the condition in which they were picked up which means the power cord would have been reconnected to the chair.

Steve and Mike were great. They were professional and courteous. And they could still joke around which made the day fun and not so stressfuIl. I could not be any happier with the job they did. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, packed correctly and most importantly, placed where I wanted it in the new home!

Team did a great job. They worked hard for almost 12 hours for all the things we were moving to 3 different house holds.

Our guys were very friendly and worked hard - we had a complicated move with three locations and they handled it well. The last 30 minutes the elevator went out and the guys had to carry some large pieces up a flight of stairs! They did a great job and didn’t complain or act put out. would definitely use again!

They were prompt and worked quickly. Kamil was a good supervisor and communicated effectively with me. The office representative put up with quite a few questions from me and did it very nicely.

The guys did a good job. Unfortunately there was one less person than scheduled. The way they tip entertainment stands and buffets breaks the feet on them. But they notified me and I was able to put some screws in before they set the furniture in place.

It was a great experience, moving is hard enough and the movers were professional and quick and pleasant

They just dumped every thing in garage, and carport, broke the gate on the side of house. Brought the couch in and two chairs. Thru cushions on the floor for me to replace. Not personable at all. Staff in office was great.

overall I was happy with the move. they did take a few personal phone calls that seemed a bit long. also one of them was spitting on the floor of the storage facility quite a lot and not cleaning it up. Bottom line seemed a little expensive when the guys seem to be only getting paid $15-17 per hour. (I overheard them talking.) For the amount I was paying they should be getting $25-30 per hour.
