I appreciated having a real person answer the phone who was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions.
The movers were extremely professional, personable, meticulous in how they handled my mother’s furniture and belongings. They were efficient as well as kind to address any concerns (which were few since they did such a good job).

My moving team was untrained and careless. They did little wrapping and boxed matches, flammable liquids and cleaning products together. Worst moving experience ever. Boxes unmarked. You are rationing tape? Each man was given ONE roll. Is that why they left at 4pm after dumping wardrobe boxes full of non- clothing. Shame on all of you.

Your moving team was really great. Erika got us scheduled quickly & follow up back & forth was prompt & courteous. The three young men (M. Binas (sp?), L. Young, A.Youry) moving us were personable, hard working & used great customer service skills, they made sure everything was protected & secured properly & were thoughtful of time.
