I was highly impressed that the moving team worked so quickly and efficiently. I was nervous paying andquot;by the hourandquot; but they stayed within the time frame as quoted. The office staff was thorough when gathering information to provide a quote that was pretty accurate. I would highly recommend using them again.

The person that came out to give an estimate was courteous and easy to work with. The moving team was friendly and on time. They exceeded my expectations with their quick, careful service! We will use you again and recommend!

The reason for the lower rating is because of the punctuality of the service team. The individual in the office scheduled the movers to arrive between 10:30 and 12:30. The movers did not arrive until almost 3pm. I paid an employee to assist the movers which means I paid an individual for 4.5 hours to do nothing but wait. This was frustrating. Everything else was smooth.

The guys sent out to our home did a great job. Quick and efficient. The only cons I have is that one of them smoked twice and we're non smokers, and the second is that they both took a couple of personal phone calls. I know everyone has personal lives, but maybe don't answer every time the wife calls if the first two or three calls weren't emergencies.

The guys were on time, worked hard and made the move fun. Highly Recommend them!!

The two men were awesome! I couldn't have asked for better. They were efficient and professional. No wasted time, and they were very careful with my belongings. I absolutely recommend this moving company!

The crew was very careful, and very concerned about pleasing us, and not damaging our new wood stairs, flooring andamp; walls. The queen sleeper sofa, then the love seat, they moved, had to be moved/ maneuvered strategically around a very tight zig zag corner from the game room, to the stair case landing, then down a new wood stair case, out the front door, into our garage. They also had to move a cabinet andamp; chest out of the zig zag area, before the sofa andamp; love seat could be moved out of the game room. Then, moving a leather burgundy one upstairs, from the garage. The crew did so without any damage. I was pretty detailed andamp; animate explaining the in house move.
