Forgot our order and started 1.5 hours late with one truck; sent second truck 2 hours after that. First truck guys (Greg and Mark?) were polite, helpful, and packed truck properly. Second truck guys (Matthew and Nathan?) packed truck half empty, left many belongings in house and refused to move boxes to the proper rooms until I threatened to call the office. They refused to help a 91-year old man pack the refrigerator, hoping they wouldnandacirc;??t have to move the refrigerator. The washer was hooked up improperly and flooded upon first use. One of the trucks left their tools in our garage. Used Two Men previously and had wonderful service. Never again.

Overall the service was great. All people that we dealt with were extremely pleasant. The only thing I was not happy about was the time it took for the move. (1 office desk and 2 bookshelfs- 20-miles OVER 3hrs) There were way to much talking and not enough moving. When I pay someone by the hour I expect them to give it all they have. This was not the case.

Because we used before we knew whata to expect, but your reputation goes a long way. Mike and James did a great job and when a leg broke on a small desk I had to console them!!!! Great guys, lots of hustle and caring!!!

Our movers were Desmond and Colby. They were so courteous and friendly and were efficient and very careful with our furniture. Desmond has worked for your company the longest and he was a excellent trainer for Colby. We were impressed that Desmond's responses to Colby's work were always positive and kindly instructive. They didn't waste time and worked as quickly as possible. We had three friends who used your company and were very impressed. We would use Two Men and a Truck again if needed.

Thank you so much for sending us the best of the best yesterday!! You're guys were absolutely amazing and such a pleasure. As a business owner myself, I would be so proud to have them represent my company. I cannot express to you and your organization enough what a breeze yesterday was. The dread and horror of moving never even occurred to us because we knew we were being taken care of.

Given that I told my husband we are never ever, EVER moving again we will hopefully not be needing you anytime soon. However, you will be the first and last moving people that we recommend.

Wasn't sure what to expect. It's been 15 years since I last moved and then we did it ourselves. Have nothing but good things to say about the office staff andamp; moving personnel. The communication was as expected and the move itself went on without a hitch. Great care was taken with the items to be moved and there was no damage to any property. I will highly recommend your service to my family andamp; friends.
