Our overall experience was excellent with the one exception of not being informed of an interstate weight restriction. We were left to move several heavy pieces ourselves which included an upright piano and a refrigerator. This took time, money and physical energy we would have paid for in the first place. Still, we feel we received excellent service for the value of our move. We look forward to using Two Men and a Truck (Silas and Phillip) in the future. Thanks!

I have called and left three messages. I emailed. I spoke to the customer service rep follow up and explained I was not happy that a 5 hour job turned into a 10.5 hour job, that things went to the wrong address then had to be fixed (and I paid for) that I had some minor damage to a chair, and I have tried to get a call back for three days with nothing. But why would you call back you have my money that doubled from the estimate. a one day 5 hour job took two days of 5 hours a piece (thankfully I was not charged the overnight fee). I will ensure I never recommend this company to anyone. I would still like a call back.

Overall great experience. Took longer than estimated but movers worked hard and were professional. One of our Dressers scratched the wood floors when moved. A report was filled out and we were told we would hear from company within 48 hours. We have heard nothing so far. We will be calling you.

This was one of the easiest arrangements I had to make regarding my parents’ move. The moving team was very professional and fast. They did the best they could to minimize the time I would be billed for.

The movers were late getting to my apartment and took a long time to pack up only a few things. My power cord to one of my TVs mysteriously disappeared. The movers got lost and couldn’t find my house at my new address, and although we all left my apartment at the same time, the movers somehow took over an hour to find my new address. In the end I was asked to tip them on a check, which I thought was odd. Here I am being charged over $100 an hour to move minimal furniture, and getting asked to tip the movers more money, as if moving isn’t expensive enough.

The two movers were very nice, moved my stuff effeciently and quickly. They made sure to be careful and didn't damage any items. I'll definitely use this service again. They even finished sooner than estimated and saved me some money!

communication between the office staff and the crew was horrible. The crew was sent out without the directions to find my home; told the office GPS would not work for my address. They had to call me 3 times to find my house. The crew didn't have all the supplies they needed. Called the office and waited over 2 hours for additional supplies; they never came. I had to call our sales rep and they we finally got "some" of what we needed to complete the job.

Scheduled Arrival time was 1:00-3:00, they arrived close to 5:00 pm. Didn’t bring a tool needed to disassemble bed. Gone 40 min. to buy tool. Cut finger badly with box knife. Bled in my kitchen sink for a while and didn’t have bandages. Finished move at 11:00 pm. I am a 71 year old widow. Told them to put all boxes labeled “Kitchen” in kitchen. They did not. One box labeled Fragile & Kitchen was under a box of heavy books not in kitchen. Very inexperienced. One guy worked for Two Men one month- one for two weeks. Very disappointed with Two Men in the last 2 moves.
