The movers were late getting to my apartment and took a long time to pack up only a few things. My power cord to one of my TVs mysteriously disappeared. The movers got lost and couldn’t find my house at my new address, and although we all left my apartment at the same time, the movers somehow took over an hour to find my new address. In the end I was asked to tip them on a check, which I thought was odd. Here I am being charged over $100 an hour to move minimal furniture, and getting asked to tip the movers more money, as if moving isn’t expensive enough.

The two movers were very nice, moved my stuff effeciently and quickly. They made sure to be careful and didn't damage any items. I'll definitely use this service again. They even finished sooner than estimated and saved me some money!

communication between the office staff and the crew was horrible. The crew was sent out without the directions to find my home; told the office GPS would not work for my address. They had to call me 3 times to find my house. The crew didn't have all the supplies they needed. Called the office and waited over 2 hours for additional supplies; they never came. I had to call our sales rep and they we finally got "some" of what we needed to complete the job.

Scheduled Arrival time was 1:00-3:00, they arrived close to 5:00 pm. Didn’t bring a tool needed to disassemble bed. Gone 40 min. to buy tool. Cut finger badly with box knife. Bled in my kitchen sink for a while and didn’t have bandages. Finished move at 11:00 pm. I am a 71 year old widow. Told them to put all boxes labeled “Kitchen” in kitchen. They did not. One box labeled Fragile & Kitchen was under a box of heavy books not in kitchen. Very inexperienced. One guy worked for Two Men one month- one for two weeks. Very disappointed with Two Men in the last 2 moves.

The crew itself was excellent and they work very hard. I am not happy with sitting for four and a half hours while they were late and nobody contacted me until I got on Facebook. If you're running late anymore after a half an hour the customer should be contacted. Being four and a half hours late is unacceptable.

They were nice, professional, very quick, and obviously experienced, and they made a huge difference in our move. However, after the move, we noticed some slight surface damage on our box spring and our entertainment center where they had dragged them against the ground, truck, or other furniture. It is minor, but an unfortunate blemish on an otherwise great service.

The two men were very professional in caring and moving our furniture. They had great attitudes and were neatly dressed even the socks. Always asked if they had a question. Explained all the paperwork before we signed. I would definitely use these services again and would highly recommend these movers. Thank you to both of these men for a job well done.
