I have been through many moves and this was by far the most chaotic because of the management of the complex. 2 guys and a truck saved the day, they went through the chaos with us and I cannot be more appreciative. Josh and Jose made the day so much more bearable for my daughter and me. They were patient and accommodating through all of the curveballs we were thrown. It was much appreciated.

Quote was 1/2 the actual cost. When you are on limited income and budget for this service then get charged double it’s hard to adjust for. Then they pulled money from my bank acct even though I had written checks. To draw money, over $2000, without contacting me was very unprofessional.

When you added additional items on the day of your move that weren't discussed in the initial estimation process, that required additional time and an additional truck. Since we are a time based service, we rely on accurate inventory given by the customer for the estimate. The additional truck and time caused your bill to be higher than you planned since the estimate was based on the information originally provided. Thank you for understanding.

I had a wonderful experience with the two men that did my move. They were efficient and very kind and did not waste any time. Took great care of my belongings. Your guys Prince and Devon were excellent to work with, arriving right on time and getting to work immediately. They didn’t stop until the truck was loaded. Same scenario at the destination. These guys were unbelievable.......hard working, professional and friendly. Treated my things as though they were their own. Prince and Devon should be training other teams to work just like they do.
