Important was communication and and being able to talk with some that shared the mission of our move. The move was succesful and every item packed with care. People unloading were impressed shared mycompliments. Josh and Colton did a great job. The best was their communication with one another to provide the best service.

First I think your trucks should have lift gates. My two movers had to lift very heavy large pieces of furniture from ground level to chest high. Neither wore any kind of lumbar support. I think this is dangerous and not something a company should overlook if it cares about its employees. Secondly, I did not like being solicited for tips. I fully intended to tip each of them, but being informed immediately upon their arrival, that "tips are appreciated" (which means tips are expected) left a less than pleasant impression. They did a great job and deserved the tips I paid them, but it lessened my enjoyment of expressing gratitude when I knew they were expecting it.

they really worked hard and overall I was pleased. I do however want to make someone aware that they nicked my wood front door and it has a gash about the size of a penny in it. I wasn’t here when it happened and I didn’t see them do it, but the gash was absolutely not present before that. Also, they left an important part from my refrigerator and I was unable to hook it up. Again, overall I was highly satisfied in their work ethic and getting the job done.

There was a lot of stuff they didn't move but probably could have. They were very nice and did a great job on what they did move.
