Everything went well, but then I started noticing my refrigerator, it had dents & scratches all over it. This was a fairly new refrigerator. This was totally uncalled for, had it been taken care of properly. My washing machine now leaks from the bottom. I will not use 2 men & a truck again.

I have already left one review and keep getting emails to do another. I have called and emailed the company several times about our damage report. No one will get back with me. It is getting a bit ridiculous.

The moving crew that I had was great! A bit of damage to my sofa, but a damage report was made aand was handled professionally. Would use again.

Our crew was great! I wish they would have wrapped more in blankets towards the end of the packing (we had several pieces nicked and gouged), but we had more to move than anticipated and they were beat. They had a great attitude though and were very helpful!

Kitchen table damaged during move and needs to be repaired or replaced ASAP. Damage report completed on 7/27 and I haven't heard back from anyone. Please advise

The team scratched the walls, scratched the wood floor, and put rub marks on ceramic tile in the house being moved out of. They did more severe damage was to the house being moved into. They seriously damaged the corner of a wall when a freezer carelessly fell from a 4 wheel dolly. The only reason for a "very poor" rating is that there was not one lower.

Damaged my formal dining furniture. Lady said she would get someone to repair it and never heard back from her. Based on that I would never use or refer. $50.00 furniture pad kit you are required to buy is a joke.

It was a very hot day and they handled it well. They did dent my washer and dryer, they did not set up the bed and did not leave the screws so I could put the bed back together and they stacked all the boxes towards the front of the garage so I couldn't get to the back of the garage or stack anymore boxes in there. I had a guest come 4 days after we were moved and have texted him several times asking him to just leave them on my porch so I could put the bed together and he never did so my guest had to sleep with mattresses on the floor. Was not pleased overall about this.

I had scratch marks on my floor, my refrigerator was damaged and was replaced with a refrigerator that now makes noise after less than a week of being delivered. The freezer doesn't have an adjustment knob. Was told it was about a year old, but have been informed it's much older than that. It has a stainless steel door, but the rest of the refrigerator is black. The stainless steel door is messed up. My refrigerator wasn't new, but was I very good condition before the movers damaged it. This replacement refrigerator is NOT acceptable. I bought meat this morning and placed it in the freezer at 11 am. It is 9 pm and the meat still isn't frozen. The scratches on my floor were rubbed out, but the product that was used to take the scratches out has left a spot I haven't been able get clean.
