It would have been nice if the office team would have mentioned military and or senior discount so that could have been applied to my service. Especially since I had need for packing moving and storage. I am mentioning this because of the response I received when I asked about my military veterans discount.

Scheduled packing and moving, movers showed up with no boxes and when I called the office they very rudely told me they can’t do anything and that Victoria was new. Don’t really care if the mistake was made but no help at all to fix it.

All of our calls are recorded. We listened to it and none of that was said, implied, mentioned, etc... We're happy to share it with you. Our crew was under the impression the boxes were already delivered (honest mistake that would take 20min. to correct). You opted for boxes not to be delivered/packed. We're so glad to hear the moving crew did a fantastic job and even completed your move two hours under the estimated time. We wish you the best of luck in your new home.

Richard, Christian and Julian were awesome! Very personable and courteous. Richard led the team and kept my wife and myself informed. All 3 men were hard working and determined to make our move successful. They even did a second trip for us when initially not all our belongings would fit in the truck. I would highly recommend this team!!

Our moving team, Theo and Kevin, were amazing! We moved out of an ill-structured place with many stairs, and they never said a word about the conditions. They asked about the previous movers, made some lovely conversations, and still got us moved under budget. The office staff was terrific, too - Karen was excellent company and overall, another great run with Two Men. 10/10 would recommend.
