The office and moving teams were great. The communication from my initial call for a quote and all the way through the process was great. I would have rated EXCELLENT all the way except that the moving team attempted to invoice me for billable hours fairly significantly above my actual moving time, but when I called the office they handled it immediately and calculated the correct rates. Overall, very satisfied and will use again.

Cody was great and performed better than expected. He was very courteous and professional; walked through and tried to understand the basics. He took great care of my antique pieces. I honestly think he deserves a raise/bonus or other form of positive recognition. He made sure my stuff was well taken care of. His partner cared more about talking than moving. I get that you want good communication, but the guy frankly could have done a better job and talked less. Worse he gave Cody a hard time about the care he was giving to my fruniture. He was a nice guy, and my only real issue was how much emphasis he put on talking. Probably would have made a difference in 1/2 an hour to an hour I was charged for time. That didn’t sit well.

The two movers were ideal The price was high compared locally. The actual moving experience and engagement with the two gentlemen was the best i have ever experienced. I hope they make at least half of what I paid for the moving experience due to their personal professionalism.

Karl did amazing and really knew his stuff and made it all happen quick. He managed both the pick up and delivery very well. The door to door service with only our things on the truck is what sold us on Two Men and a Truck. We were very pleased.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. The men called, showed up on time, were extremely personable, and handled my furniture with utmost care. I would use them again and again! They made my moving experience so much smoother (and of course quicker) than if I would have done it on my own. What a weight taken off my shoulders...thank you guys!!!
