Movers arrived at 6 pm and we were moving until 8:30. I called management two weeks ago to explain my experience and Matt (Norman, OK manager) told me he could refund me $38.50. I called last week to inquire about the credit, which I have yet to receive. Disappointed.

Management will verify with you the form of refund, for a request of refund was submitted via check for the original credit. Now a check from initial request to your hand can take 10-15 business days, however a refund to a credit card can take less time. We will attempt to call the number on file and email. If you would like to expedite please call us directly at 405.708.7707 during regular business hours of M-F 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-1pm, and Sundays our offices are closed.
