Furniture was damaged - seemed like they get in a hurry towards in the end and split up the work instead of doing things together, I was told I would be getting a call to arrange repairs and have not yet. They also forgot to unpack our ladder and left it on the truck for several days before returning it.

We had several items destroyed by being smashed in the truck. We had a major gouge in a wall in our new home. The drain line on the washer wasn't installed. That caused several gallons of water to gush out before we could stop it.
The guys were great people. These items just need to be addressed.

Damages to several pieces of my furniture. Cost hundreds more than quote due to movers dragging out the time. Little to no accountability taken after experiencing this horrible move. Charged for times movers were at the wrong location. Will never use again.

The men were very friendly and hard working. The only problem I had was at our request they did not re attach a mirror and I am not sure where the hardware is. In the near future we are getting a bedroom suite and I wanted to wait to attache the mirror when the furniture was moved.

Everything was fine with the move. Guys were polite and nice. TV was damaged - probably dropped or twisted. I get that but the office calls me to ask how it went. I tell them and he has me send pictures and serial number and I have never heard a word more. Totally dropped the ball. If it is not covered I can live with that but why waste my time with pictures and serial numbers and not even follow-up.

The movers were very nice and respectful. However, two of my furniture items were damaged and I am waiting to see how this company will handle it.

I have used your service 3 times in the past 4.5 years, with the 1st experience being exceptional. The last 2 times (moved out of old home on 2/23/19 and into new home 4/5/19. - 2 men put into storage and out of storage into new home) was a poor experience with multiple items damaged and missing (cases of Red Bull drinks missing). Some of my furniture and belongings were left in a storage unit unlocked without any communication to me. I believe the 1st moved into storage was the bulk of caused damage. Extent of damaged is still being determined as I am taking items out of boxes and setting up in home, such as stereo surround sound receivers.

As we have gotten older, we really needed some help with moving. Your team was great, and handled our load with care and consideration. They didn't hurt our home at all, and were very polite and respectful at all times. Loved these guys!
