The guys were great and was happy with speed and timing ect... One small problem was a destroyed door on cabinet that I do not blame the moving guys for as it was just a weird thing . But we moved on October 5th and as of tomorrow it will be 2 weeks and we still have not received any type of confirmation on expected repair or replacement timing of damaged door ?

Drawers were wrapped in plastic to prevent opening, but tops of bedroom furniture were not protected. Our chest of drawers has a chip in the back edge and dresser has a scuff on the front lower edge. The crew had furniture blankets but did not use them. Two crew members were more interested in their cell phones than moving our things. Overall, they did a good job of moving some heavy, bulky items. One issue was that we specifically told them about items we DID NOT want moved but got moved anyway. They weren't paying attention to our request. For the price, the service was a 7 out of 10 and we'd recommend them. The crew chief (Jay?) was extremely helpful and courteous. Thanks for helping us with our move!

- The two that did all the work did a great job and should be rewarded, they were great. The driver and guy that made me sign paperwork did not. Poor attitude about the move and falsified paperwork. Drive time was inaccurate, and said furniture was damaged prior to move that wasn't. I was there the whole time, if he saw something damaged he should have brought it to my attention prior to moving so I could verify it then, not at the end when he was done. But that's how you cover up when you damage items. I'm NOT IMPRESSED and will never recommend or use this company again.
- Unrealistic to know exactly how many boxes and every single item that needs moved. I have several items not moved because it wasn't on the list. Boxes, pictures too large to box.

I am overall happy with my move. I am still waiting for the glass replacement for my table as it is going on a month now since my move. I will call the office for an update

All of our movers were polite, engaging and hard workers. Once they went over our needs with us, they quickly came up with their game plan and put it in motion very efficiently. The team leader was very experienced and his team worked super well for him. We had some challenging items to move but they handled everything without a complaint; in fact they made us feel quite comfortable with their positivity and efforts throughout.
This move could not have gone any smoother ...it was so refreshing to interact with our crew as there were all very friendly and communicated with us very well from start to finish.

Movers were very courteous, professional, and prompt. One was conscientious enough to tell me he was recovering from a cold, and was very careful about not wanting to make me or anyone else in our office sick as a result. Much appreciated!

The office staff were always helpful and returned phone calls/emails promtly. The moving crew was great. Awesome personalities and attention to details.

We was so happy with our experience with two men and a truck. They made a vary stressful move easy. Thank you for all your hard work from the office staff to the movers you all did a great job.

They tore my leather couch and If I don't get restitution I'm suing for it. I paid plenty of money for my items to be safe. I have expensive stuff and your men were lazy and ruined it.
