We were informed they would be taking an old dresser that would go to a storeroom for low income individuals could pick an item up. It would appear we were not properly informed. Instead we had to pay to have the item removed and employees (movers) did not know about any program to assist people in need.

From scheduling through move in day, everyone was professional and seemed to really care about making the difficult experience of moving less difficult. Our moving crew was excellent and went above and beyond to assist us.

What a wonderful experience with Andrew, Ethan, and Keaton! They ALL had wonderful attitudes all day long, working hard nonstop. They were extremely careful with my things - careful wrapping, padding, etc. They were kind, calm, and patient with a long day of moving. They have a very customer first mindset and worked hard to ensure I was happy. Would definitely use again - ideally this crew again!!

Noah and his team were fantastic. With all the moves I have made this was by far the best.

My crew was fabulous. They were on time, worked efficiently together, amazingly strong, friendly, asked questions as needed, mindful of my belongings…I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys!! The team leader, Oliver, was friendly, professional, and kept me abreast of the details. He did not have to micromanage the crew. I had a great experience and really enjoyed the crew.

The movers were great! They did everything I asked and it was done in a timely manner. Will use again if needed in the future.

Office team in Columbus, OH, was very helpful sending and updating estimates and coordinating dates. Everyone on the loading / unloading and driving team were outstanding: Caleb (in OH) and Tayvaun (in MN) were fast, professional and courteous. Mason, the team leader / driver on my move from Columbus to Roseville, MN, was awesome from start to finish. Thank you!
