Just used Two Men and a Truck to move two homes. They did an excellent job. The men were hard workers with polite and courteous attitudes. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

The overall move was perfect however moving one item 10miles was extremely expensive. And to charge me for time from their office drive time an hour away which has nothing to do with my service is ridiculous. It took literally 60 seconds to load my item. If you have more to move and a greater distance you pay accordingly. Thatandacirc;??s the only problem I had with the move. I would recommend this Company but have to tell people they are really expensive.

I can only say wonderful things about the 3 of them, they were courtesy and explain everything they were doing and always check with me if I needed anything else. They were very polite and handled my furniture like it was thiers. Would highly recommend them.

I have used 2MAAT before and run into the same issue as I did this time, late arrival. My estimate and confirmation by email showed they would arrive between 2-4pm. I called around 3 and was told the ETA was actually 3-5pm, which I was never informed about. The driver told me they didn't even leave the home base until 4:45 and didn't arrive at the origin loading until 7pm. I was not kept as well informed by the office as I should have been, but the driver did call more than once to keep me updated. I know teh weather was a big factor, but I ended up paying for several hours more than expected. This happened last time I used 2 Men, and next time will look for an alternative.

The crew (six men) were very service oriented and committed to excellence. We used three trucks and had very little (inconsequential) damage to furnishings or home. Relative to efficiency, i did feel that there may have been upwards of an hour that I was charged where there was some dead time with the crew due to truck transfer and truck un-packing. You may want to look at process flow in this area (time and motion) to see where (if any) improvements can be made. I do admit that I did not go outside to see if I could detect a better balance of labor use for this.

We contacted Two Men and A Truck for a food drive being delivered from our church to a local food bank. The management team and office staff (Jerry and Brady) were courteous and agreed to donate the truck and driver's time. The driver (Loren) was punctual, courteous, professional and had a great positive attitude. We are very thankful for their contribution and the excellent service that was provided.

I was familiar from seeing them do other moves that I was involved in. Generally very impressed with the promptness and organization. My only complaint is about being charged for the time to return to HQ which seems unfair since they could have another job nearby before they return to office. Then how would we know that multiple clients are not being charged for the same return time?

The 2 crew who did my moving could not have been greater. Their attitude was amazing. All smiles and their ability to work well together was outstanding. They had a little mechanical trouble which they dealt with in a professional manner. I just loved them. The overall experience with Two Men and a Truck could not have been better from my home visit to the last box was dropped off. It was cold and snowy in Buffalo and never a complaint. The whole company was so far above what I expected and at 74 years old that me able to feel safe and secure it was being handled.
