Everything was pretty good. We had a couple of dishes that they packed break. Also, it was a long day, but team seemed to be pacing themselves throughout the day.

Well of course it was a very hectic time but the 3 young men who worked their butts off for us were excellent. Professional in the way they spoke and knew how to wrap and pack and care for fragile large older pieces of furniture. They were very respectful of my elderly mother in law and her property. They managed to handle one particular item of concern and it made to our new home "safe" and sound. We are very thankful.

Overall my experience was acceptable to good. The office staff and movers were fine. They did drop one of my entertainment systems and broke the shelving. They also broke a desk of mine apart while moving it out of a child’s room. Otherwise, they were fine.

The movers were phenomenal, They were very careful with our items when moving them covering each item that needed to be covered and protected.

The movers were very professional, and easy going and funny at the same time. Nice guys! Valuable items were given extra care, and the whole job was done at the low end of the estimated time. I personally found the hourly rate to be outrageously high for moving furniture, but it is comparable to other moving companies.

I was very impressed with the care they took not only of my belongings, but of the house I was moving out of. They put down rugs in the hallways and covered doorways with a mat. They were extremely polite and professional. When my desk needed to be broken down more to fit out of the house, they curtiously packed other belongings and allowed me to break down the furniture without running up the clock.

The moving team was excellent. The two ladies I spoke to where great when I had questions. The upper management needs training in customer relations.
