From my first call for info on moving, assistance was excellent. Everything went smoothly. On the day of moving, Jonathan and Anthony were exceptional in their care and service, from moving out, to moving into the new address 130 miles away. I can't say enough good things about them -- they were great! I will happily recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone in need of a mover.

I was not aware that I was responsible to pay for travel time. The driver told me it took him 45 mins to drive to my house. The 3 men were moving my stuff for 45 mins. They got here on thurs 5/10 at 4:15pm and were finished at 5pm. I feel I should only be responsible to pay for the hour they were here. Again, I was not aware that I had to pay for travel time. The extra hour charge is unfair. I am requesting that I get a credit for that extra hour. Thank you for your concern on this matter.

Service and moving helpers were great, but I did not receive a call before hand that movers were on their way resulting in 30-45 minutes of time being wasted on waiting for me to arrive at destination.

The three-person crew arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully, and communicated with me throughout the process.
