Everything was excellent with the exception of a GPS that didn't give the correct directions. But the company graciously omitted the time of the detour so I was very satisfied! Everyone was professional and very kind.

They worked us in with only a 1 day notice of us calling that we needed to hire them. Would recommend to anyone.

The four men who moved us were great. They were fast , courteous, and professional.

They office team was always prompt and followed up on missed calls with new calls and emails understanding difficult schedules. I appreciated the check ins right before to ensure everything was ready and we were on the same page. The moving team was very courteous, helpful, and creative. I did feel that the choice of adding an extra guy per truck with multiple trucks made the team less efficient as movers i've had in the past. With so many some team members seemed to work very hard while others hid a bit thus the focus and hustle lacked a bit. there was some minor damage, however with such a long day exhaustion is to be expected and nothing was bad enough to report. Overall we are satisfied, but it was a rougher move than expected.

The day we moved, it was over 90 degrees outside and humid. Chris and Cody were awesome and kept working hard through it all - with a smile. Terrific team.

There were three issues we had : (1) one of the three movers we had seemed to complain a lot. My husband, my son and I heard him on several occasions complaining. (2) The only things that needed to be moved were beds and furniture---we moved all boxes, etc. ourselves. We did not think it would take them from 9:10 am until after 6 pm to complete the move. They seemed to move slower than what we thought they should. (3) They damaged our front door. My husband saw the supervisor take a pic of the damage so he knew there was damage. When we went to sign the final papers, he wanted me to initial saying there was no damage. I had to bring up the damage and then he said, oh that's right.....let me get the damage report to fill out. We moved Aug. 17 and to date has not been fixed.

The crew that moved us was excellent. They were both - professional and friendly. They took exceptional care of our furnishings. They did have 2 areas damaged while taking items into our new home. These were small areas - one in the wall on a tight corner and one where they caught the door jam. I was in contact with office personnel to get the repairs made to these 2 areas. The follow up on managements part was not so good - never did receive an email to forward the pictures of the damaged areas. The repairs have been completed by us.

Movers - excellent crew - would use them again.
Office - Good - but no follow up on repairs needed - disappointed

We really can't thank your team enough for helping us move. We moved in the day before school began for our girls and it was a very stressful time for us as a family. Your company made our move so much easier and helped alleviate a lot of stress. Many thanks!

The movers were here on time, respectful, worked hard and didn't consume a lot of time. There isn't more that can expected from a moving team. Good job!

Our movers Mike and Corey were fantastic. They kept us informed during this cross state move, were polite and courteous and took great care moving our belongings. There were no surprises in terms of price or any other aspects of the move.
