I wish I could remember my two movers names, but I don't(they are from the Akron area). However, I would like to say they did a wonderful job. They were polite and courteous. They stayed busy. So many times when I have hired other kinds of work, I see workers texting and using their phones. These guys did not. These two guys worked and did it well. Thank you!

The 2 movers were AWESOME. Worked hard and had a great attitude. Those 2 men are a great asset to your company!!

Only criticism: many items, especially kitchen things (e.g. plates and glasses) were way over packed (over protected), many with several sheets of paper for each item. I know you don't want anything to get broken, but this was over the top. Getting rid of all that extra paper was a pain in the neck. Suggestion: have your packers tell the home owner to put out all the towels, wash clothes, pillow cases, etc. that they want moved, and then use those for packing. Less paper to get rid of at the end.

I've used you twice and both times you broke a piece of furniture. I am waiting for a call back that was supposed to come 2 days ago and it has not come yet. Very disappointed and will make sure to tell everyone I know.

This is my 3rd move in 32 years. I have to move again in 6 months and I have already reserved a day on the calendar. I only use Two Men and a Truck (well, we needed 3 men, which increases cost, but it was still worth it). The office was very thorough in determining the truck and team we needed. The team worked hard! When they ran into a challenge, they explained our options so we could make an informed decision. I purchased the replacement insurance but didn't need it. I will purchase it again, just because that's the kind of person I am, but I doubt I will need it. And they will move heavy things within the home, too! Did I say they are great?
