They made many scratches on my wood floor and they made a dent in my wall. They also broke a piece of furniture of mine.

The 3 men who came were good people and honest - but really struggled with moving our piano into the destination house.

They struggled for almost 2 hours - did not fully formulate a plan before they got started, were simply using brute force rather than thinking about a plan that might work, and damaged several wooden steps in the house because they did not put padding down - this now need to be repaired by Two Men and a Truck on another day to be scheduled. They eventually called another group who came to help - those 3 guys were bigger and stronger, far more experienced and helped get it done with a plan. The lead guy also did not have the right tools to take one of the beds apart at place we were moving from so he borrowed my tool box and then forgot to return it to me.

I strongly advise against hiring two men and truck. The movers ensured me they would take good care of my property, yet broke my favorite, brand new bookcase. The super of the apartment (built in 1929) I moved into said he had never before seen a mover slip and brake something in the time he's been there. The office staff at two men and truck was not only difficult to get a hold of, but also very resistant in paying me for the damage; when they finally did, they agreed to give me 1/4 of the cost of my bookcase. This is truly despicable and you should take your service elsewhere.

The movers were courteous and efficient. Unfortunately the truck broke down and our furniture stayed in a warehouse overnight. The cold damaged some of our wood furniture. The manager tried his best to rectify the problem.

They broke my light and tried to hide it. They Took a door frame off to move an item and never put it back on when they left. They didn’t assemble all my furniture.

Very small move, (one piece of exercise equipment), but well handled. Expensive for what we needed, but competitive, and given the situation, we couldn’t have easily done it ourselves.

Overall, the move was fine. The guys were nice. However, one guy didnt show up. There was a fair amount of standing around (time wasted). As a result, it took much longer than expected. Also, I felt like I has to stay on top of the guys while moving stuff in because it was late (which should have been avoided), and they were probably exhausted. That also led to a few things not being done properly. Having said all of that, it was a tough move and the guys were really nice (even when tired). Its a tough job, and it must be tough to remain pleasant throughout.

The two guys who packed my belongings, moved them and then unpacked were terrific. Friendly, courteous and professional, they treated my belongings like it was their own. They really helped make a stressful day very easy to cope with. Yes, I’d use Two Men & a Truck again...especially if I could get the same “Men” back for my next job! Terrific experience!!! -Lenn

Easy to set up and the movers themselves were very nice gentlemen. They did a good job and were respectful, I would use the company again.

This is the third move I have used Two men and a truck for. The first time was based on positive online reviews. In my experience the reviews were right each move has been great. Communication with the office and the movers has always been good. The moves have all been completed quickly and with no damage to my belongings and prices is very fair. I would definitely recommend two men and a truck to anyone for a move.
