Our moving appointment was completely forgotten. I had to call to find out they had to scramble to get a crew from another county. That crew did not show up until after 12pm. The crew included a poorly supervised traininee who dropped items and transported fragile items without protection. The crew broke our china cabinet helves. They also did not move all of our storage as requested

I'm very pleased with the service provided during our move. Team was great, friendly and polite. Will definitely use in a future move. Only things was that I was told they would be wearing masks and gloves and they weren't.

We had a very tricky move (narrow staircases, very large furniture, things that required being taken apart and reassembled, etc.), which made the move take longer than estimated, but the movers kept working hard the whole time to get the job done and checked in with us periodically to give us a heads up about the time which I appreciated. They moved quickly and safely despite the challenges.

Best moving company. Movers were very nice and very helpful. A very easy move.

We did have 2 pickup locations for the move and one drop off location. But I booked on a Wednesday for a Saturday move. Your company then called me to confirm on both Thursday and Friday. Both days that I talked to the office we confirmed the order of pickup locations. Then some how your company told the movers the locations in reverse order. Can't Happen!!!

I could not have asked for a better moving team than the 3 men assigned to my move. They were each polite, diligent workers and worked extremely well together as a team. You're very lucky to have them as employees !

Your movers, Chris and Cam were efficient, pleasant and professional. I would request them next time.
