I received a quote then when moving day showed up only 3 guys were there to move an entire house . The movers themselves knew they needed more men and another truck , the office staff was horrible to deal with after 9 hours of them telling me I have too much stuff they had to come back the next day , ever though in my quote was a complete bedroom set, a clothing armoire , and my complete dining room set with 8 chairs , that they didn’t have to move , they broke a step in the house and punched a hole in the wall . After about 15 calls with Dan they still charged me extra can u believe that. The next day 2 more guys showed up and moved remainder of stuff , they were unprofessional in the worst ways , they argued with me when I showed them they forgot stuff and broke 3 lamps by just tossing

Men were courteous. They complained that the basement was to dirty. They stopped moving and called the office. The office told them to "call back when they were done." They wore nice sneakers not boots. I offered to move the stuff from the basement and hand it to them. Lets get this done. Once this part of the move was done it went more smoothly.

Loved the team of Donnie, Caesar & Dante. So kind, helpful, professional, calming, went the extra mile to make us feel taken care of during a stressful time. I would definitely use this team again when I move next year and recommend them and your company.

The office staff was quick in providing multiple quotes which I appreciated. The movers had a good attitude and moved quickly. My only complaint is that I did not get any confirmation or heads up between the time I received my pre-move letter and when they were actually at the storage facility. I was relying on that phone call since I myself had to travel 45 minutes to the storage facility to meet them. Other than that, great experience.

Harold and Dwight were responsible, and attentive. We moved our daughter from Westchester, NY to Washington DC, with two pick up locations. They could not have been nicer to work with, or more professional. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone, and would use them again. Thank you. Karen Sidel

Experience began with Sarah in the office who was very courteous and professional yet personal, too. She clearly explained everything and suggested two dates that fit our timeline. Our moving team, led by Dwight, was fabulous. They worked hard and efficiently throughout the day. They also were fun to be around. We will seek you all out again soon!
