Received excellent customer service from Brian. Quoted me a price and scheduled to move for me. My belongings were delivered without incident within the window of time promised. Price was little higher than quoted, wish it was lower. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I move again. Thank u.

I think I should have called the office directly instead of using the web site. The web site's procedure, especially the box and item inventory sections, didn't really allow me to fully explain what I needed. I though it was understood that I needed the movers to pack several items for me with the boxes they brought, but when they arrived I was told that they were not doing packing.

this was the first time i had ever hired movers. bryan and mike specifically made the process smooth and easy literally explaining and disclosing everything that i was paying for and what to expect. i felt extremely comfortable because of who i was working with specifically. i cant say i would feel the same way if i was serviced by other reps. thank you
