We have had a few moves over the years and your movers were, by far, the best. The care they took while carrying the heavy items down 4 flights of narrow stairs was impressive. Usually we have to patch the dry wall after a move but there was not one scratch. While I hope we donandacirc;??t move again soon, when the time comes I will request the two movers we had the pleasure of meeting on our move day. They were excellent.

Pro: This isn't a pro unique to this company, but I'll likely never move myself again as this experience spoiled me. However, the movers themselves were extremely professional and very personable.
Con: The combination of andquot;We'll only pay you $X per lbs of what we breakandquot; and andquot;Pay us $Y to insure your own belongingsandquot; is confusing and disingenuous. Not only does the included $X/lbs make little sense for items such as flat-screen TVs, but the implicit understanding a consumer has when hiring professionals movers is that these movers are professional. Professional movers don't break my things, my delinquent friends break my things. Either reconsidering this strategy or have your office staff better align future customers, as this conversation almost made me defect.

From start to finish this company is awesome. Office staff was very helpful with the whole process. Movers Wyatt and Jessie were on time, moved quickly and very respectful of our property. We would definitely recommend Two Men and A Truck to our family and friends. Great job!
