Only service was loading my 26' truck for cross-country move. Office gave excellent service with complete explanations. Loading team was courteous and professional. Price was very fair. I have one complaint. I told the loading team we had 4 dozen blankets, so don't be shy about using them on nice furniture or anywhere needed. When we offloaded 5 days later, I found wood furniture legs rubbing the floor (when set on end) and other wood furniture and hard items. Table tops were wrapped but not the legs. Marring of several wood items could have been prevented if they would have simply wrapped the lower half of the furniture . After unloading, I found 2.5 dozen blankets still wrapped up and not used. Why be stingy with blanket wraps?

I still have yet to receive the receipts for payment. I was misinformed about the services truly available. Most of the moving teams attitude was horrible. They have no regard for other people’s things. I clearly labeled everything yet stuff they should have brought, they didn’t and then they brought things they shouldn’t have. I wasn’t able to look at everything due to them leaving our office a mess and now found cut and scratched tiles. They didn’t finish putting everything together and I moved more furniture than some of your employees. They didn’t wrap the furniture and a lot of items were ruined. I went and looked under desks and they rigged them together instead of properly putting them together. Had I not caught the next day, I could have potentially had an injured employee.

Shady money skimming tactics used by movers. I was over charged in cash as a ploy for movers to pocket cash. Extremely unhappy.

It was horrible. 32 years of moves with the Army, most overseas, produced less damage combined than this 9 mile move.

Have worked with you twice before with excellent results. This time, movers did not deliver a Cox modem, an Apple DVD drive and other materials from the apartment. I specifically told them Cox modem was mine and needed to come with me. Don't know if items were left behind or kept and sold. I expect to be reimbursed for lost electronics and have contacted national office. Offered no help in setting up as you have in the past. Nathan in office was very rude. Have received excellent service in past and recommended you, but this was unacceptable.

Couch leg was broken during move. Call company and nothing has been done. I was told I would hear from someone in 2 days and I still haven’t heard from anyone regarding my broken couch

The four men were courteous, polite and worked hard. We were disappointed with the lack of care of our property, both home, and furniture. They pulled our office desk apart without removing all screws breaking the lugs. They pulled apart our workbench, which wasn't necessary, tearing out the bolts and damaging the holes. They removed a bedroom door trying to get an exercise machine out, removed the screws but didn't leave the screws for the door to be put back. The door and surrounding walls were all marked.

My items were moved from my storage unit into my new house. One item that was placed into my garage was damaged but I was not made aware of it. Also, my BRAND NEW house - the door jamb to be specific was also damaged when items hit it on the way in. Again, I was not made aware. I bought insurance in the event any of this happened so I don't understand why it was kept from me. The two guys were great except for those two items.
