I used 2 men and a truck after I asked my hair stylist, as she had lived in ABQ her entire life. I did not have a good experience with another company earlier this year for a local move. This move was outside ABQ.
The moment Wyatt andamp; Xavial arrived, they introduced themselves, shook my hand, and Wyatt asked for a tour and what all was supposed to be moved. Throughout the move, Wyatt andamp; Xavial were very pleasant, very professional, fast, yet very careful with my items. Wyatt. explained everything and asked if I had any questions. They were excellent and I will call them/2 men and a truck again in the future. I would highly recommend 2 men and a truck for everyone's moving needs. Thank you

My husband and I are in our 70s and not very tech knowledgeable. Your team was very patient with us and went over the procedures of how to operate the new remote several times without making us feel incompetent!! Very pleasant, efficient, accommodating and polite. Thanks for sending them.

Didn't like the surprise 'tipping'. Bad, not business like.

I appreciated the fact that the movers had their own rug to protect my floor as they moved. Also, that they were careful not to bang the door archways as they loaded through them. Very good service, my DVR box was delivered the next day, still on the truck. Brought it to me, with apologies, but very happy it was
returned, it is the heart of my audio system!

I really appreciated the girl in the office that explained how the process works in detail and she was very helpful. And, the moving team was top notch. They were efficient, didn't waste time, were very careful with my things and pointed out where existing damage was so that I knew about it. They did not mark up the floors or dent my walls and were very careful. I do have one small suggestion which is don't let your movers answer the phone unless they are trained in customer service. I called to confirm my move and some guy answered who was not all that pleasant. He left a sour taste in my mouth. I would have preferred to leave a message and have the young lady call me back that knew about my situation. Great job overall though! Thank you!
