Handoff between booking and local office created confusion and difficulty for me and the person in charge of the move team, he saw the issue and cleared it up but lack of communication between your office and whatever central call center or office almost resulted in double charges unnecessarily. The movers we're excellent and professional, would hire again. Recommending to friends.

It was just a cross-town move, but the team packed andamp; protected our furniture insanely well.

Santiago's team moved me, and they did an excellent job, moving my items from storage to house, finishing in around 2.5 hr.
However, they couldn't get my piano and rolltop desk in the side rooms. I called, and Lemuel and another worker came. They were able to get the huge desk in the back bedroom for me. I was very happy.
All of the men were very pleasant and respectful.

Two Men and A Truck was perfect! Each interaction from the start was 100% positive. The office staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable. The movers arrived on-time and worked quickly, but carefully. They were moving some of my Motherandacirc;??s treasured items and they were extremely careful. They were also polite and professional. I would definitely hire Two Men and A Truck again!

THEY WERE AWESOME!! We were not prepared or ready for the move and were freaking out, but two men and a truck came in and got all of our items in the truck and smoothly took it to the new location 45 minutes away and unloaded it all. We had a car incident in our vehicle as we were driving to meet the movers at the new house and they were very understandable and helpful with the situation. They got to our new house before we did and unloaded what they could and also set up the back yard items for us, until we were able to meet them and let them into the house. They definitely helped the move go smoothly!! 100% I would recommend them and have them move us again!! They were FABULOUS!!
