Was rushed to sign off on the delivery. After the initial chaos of the move, I found damage on the leather couch, and the bed encasements were torn and had to be replaced. I needed a mover in a pinch, but do not think I would use them again. I must say they were fast, and under the time quoted, but my furniture suffered for that. And with the replacement of the encasements, I really didn't save any money on the move.

The two men that assisted us in our move were very friendly, professional and quick with their service. Even when they elevator broke at the facility they did not fret and kept on moving. The corporate team just happened to show up on site also to check on the team and they all were very personable and professional. Truck size should be advised when booking. We ended up with a 23' x 13' brand new truck. It could not make the turn into our driveway so we had to use our vehicles and move the items to the house. Both my husband and I put in a lot of work in helping when the elevator broke and then at the house so that rather defeated the purpose of hiring a team to move the items. Yes, we would call on your team again when needed.
