Felt that the team “rode the clock” to ensure they met the full 5.5 hour quote. For a team of three, this should’ve gone faster. The team was commenting on the age of my items (“My grandpa had one of those!”), broke one of my furniture pieces (“we can try to fix it, but we are rarely successful with that type of board. You can try yourself...”).
They were good guys and they could’ve been more professional and efficient. Maybe they are coached to ride the time and persuade the customer to handle repairs themselves...

The movers were respectful and nice. There was one guy who was much slower and lazy compared to the other three. I felt bad for the other three working so hard. I ended up with numerous pieces of furniture damaged. (Tv plastic edge cracked, small storage cabinet door broken, table leg bent and pulled away from tabletop) Also disappointed with how I was charged. One truck arrived on site late and I was charged for the time beginning from when the first truck arrived and they didn’t do any work until the second arrived. In addition I was charged for an hour of commute time home to ABQ when I live in Rio Rancho. Overall not as great as mentioned to me by others that have used the service.

I have used Two Men and Truck 3 times in the past 2 years. The office and moving crew have always been very accommodating, nice, and professional. I will be calling again in 6 months for what I hope is my final move.

I was very happy with the move. It cost more then I expected though. The guys were very kind and friendly. I enjoyed working with them.

Overall very good move. Only problem was our matress bags were never dropped off, so the movers used moving blanket. Two of the matresses got a little dirty. Damage was taken care of quickly with no arguing. Stanley Steamer was contacted to fix the damage.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was outstanding. I quickly and easily set up an estimate online and received a confirmation email and phone call the same day. The office team was very helpful and courteous. The day of the move, the movers called and arrived on time. Reggie and Jamey were both very professional, courteous and careful with all of my items to be moved. My move included a few stops, and they made sure everything was delivered exactly as requested. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and their wonderful movers!

We had a great moving experience with Two Men and a Truck. Fredrick was a great estimator and was available for the few questions we had. The crew we had were hard working and very careful with our household items. This is the second move with Two Men and a Truck and we have had a great experience both times. Great Job everybody!
