Estimate was off by 2.5 hours. There was damage to several pieces of furniture. Heard from furniture repair company once to do repair and have not heard back. Broke my tv and will not take responsibility. I realize I signed I release, but was not fully informed of what I was signing @ one of the most stressful times in people's lives. Basically I signed a document that says you can break whatever you want and it's not your fault. Would definitely never reccomend your company to anyone.

I really liked using the service and appreciated the men who moved me. The worked hard and steady all day. They were friendly and courteous to me and each other. They asked about placement of boxes and furniture, working with me and made my job easier. I would definately use 2 Men And a Truck again.

My movers called ahead to let me know they were 15 minutes away and were kind and courteous throughout the entire moving day. Their prompt, efficient service got my house into the truck and back out on the other side in less time than quoted. They were able to place all of my belongings gently and accessibly in a small storage unit. I would use Two Men and a Truck again when I come back to unpack that unit.

I lost 6 plates and a pitcher in the move. I think the way they transported my fragile items up the stairs could have been handled better. Freddy and Gabriel were awesome. Great personalities and fun. I will definitely consider requesting this team if and when I need to move.

When I called the office I had told them I had a storage unit to be picked from as well as my apartment and it was not recorded. The movers were very slow, took their sweet time and were in no hurry.

I called to make an adjustment and found out that she had cancelled our appointment. They scrambled and took care of us but we were almost put in a bad position as moving from place to place is very time-sensitive.

The movers unfortunately broke my solid oak dresser. They said it was to heavy, I had to help them lift it after they had broken the leg trying to tilt it upright.

The movers started out fine but over the course of the day, they fought with each other, the building maintenance man and some staff. They took an exceedingly long lunch. When unloading the truck to our new space, they scratched up the new flooring recently installed by the building. They would shove the boxes and other items out of the elevator instead of using a dolly or hand truck. They also did not bring enough dollies/hand trucks for the job and I believe they had to borrow ours. Overall, it took them forever to get the items moved.
I used them in the past for my mother-in-law's move and had no issues. They were fast and efficient.
