Move was complicated with items moving between three areas. Moving team walked through with us to ensure they understood what was going where, and then handled it. The team did everything possible to try and get a sofa into an area with a challenging door width, including removal of a door (and then putting it back on!) We were ultimately unsuccessful, but it wasn't for lack of effort.

You did not move all my stuff even though I authorized another truck, and I'm not talking about liquids, etc. Had to move rest of load myself. Too much hormones involved, and you forgot about the dude who pays your salary.

This is the second time I've used Two Men and a Truck (Albuquerque) for a move.They are professional, courteous and careful in handling boxes and furniture. The office staff provided all the necessary information when I booked the move to ensure peace of mind and continued to communicate with me via email. In fact, they conducted a safety inspection while Jesse and Oreste were loading the truck in Albuquerque and checked in with me about how the move was going so far! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

Moving team which I have used before was excellent. Person I spoke with on phone, a male, was told I had used them before to move the very stuff moved this time. He did not take that into consideration and was not as helpful as had experienced before. Consequently the move was underestimated and took longer than it need to. However the moving team and the supervisor who showed up to check on them made adjustments and did a great job. I will use you again but the person in the office I spoke to this time needs to work on attitude, helpfulness and listen better to the customers.
