We, here at the New Mexico Veterans Integration Centers, had used your services previously to move our veterans from one location to another without having to pay first. We were always billed after the services. In this case, your company wanted the "check" prior to even placing us on your calendar. Furthermore, we were advised that our veteran, Mr. Michael Austin, who is unable to pack and/or unpack (due to a physical disability) would be packed and unpacked. Veteran advised us that the unpacking services were not provided even though we were told that the unpacking would be included in the billing. After speaking with my superiors, we would not recommend nor ever consider using your services again.

Christian and Joseph K were awesome. They worked quickly and carefully for 5 hours and I since I was paying by the hour I really appreciated that and felt like I got my money’s worth!! They were also friendly and had a good attitude the whole time.

The passenger of the truck was a very hard and professional worker. The office person was very rude. I was quoted wrong and ended up pay double the amount. I did send my concern to Corporate.

Good job on moving my stuff, the movers took care to not damage any of my things. The only criticism I have is that the movers did not have box tape, so I had to supply some.
