Overall experience was good. My complaint and reason for poor review is we had one of our nicest pieces of furniture damaged. Two men and a truck assured us we would here back from them in two day an still have not heard anything in two weeks.

I was a little confused about what [might be added to the original estimate, but it ended being the amount of the original one. The movers were OUTSTANDING! VERY PROFESSIONAL but quick too.

We were so thrilled to have such caring people coming into our home to pack it up and we were excited that the same crew came to our new home to unpack. We could not of hand picked a better team of young men to help us move. Thank you to the 4 men (and the 2 trucks) that helped us move! Awesome people in the office too!

The move would have been much smoother had they had the right amount of movers. Went from 8:30 AM to 2:00 AM. Everyone was in a hurry to finish so about 1/3 of my boxes went to the wrong rooms. Took us WAY longer to unpack because of that. When you do an onsite estimate it shouldnt take 30% longer to do the job.

The movers were very kind and helpful! I'm glad they were so nice because I had lots of questions. They also moved very quickly and efficiently. If I move again, I hope I get them again!! Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone when I made the appointment was so short and rude towards me I almost hung up and looked for another company.

The two movers were very polite and quickly loaded up the truck. The stairs down from the apartment didn't seem to phase them at all. The move took about an hour less than was quoted

Thank you for making the move SMOOTH. I appreciated Clarence, James and Mike - also Josh the field supervisor who stopped by to check on us. For me, this was the hardest emotional move I have made in my 62 years, leaving the home that the 3 children (and friends) were raised in, sorting, boxing, keeping, giving away items. It is amazing how much "stuff" one can accumulate! I appreciated Frederick and the girls at the office as well, this was very smooth. My son is using your services this coming weekend as well.
