Very disappointed! The scheduler really needs to come out to the house to see what is expected from the movers. Moving team showed up late and the full team or trucks were not there as stated in contract!! When the second truck/team finally showed up, it was late afternoon. A 7 hour job turned into a 10 hour job. Furthermore your movers broke 5 pieces of our inventory! When will you reimburse us?

The first team was amazing, but with one issue. I kept the box for a kitchenaid stand mixer. I set it up to be packed in the original box. It is heavy. I asked that the first team use that box. They did not. The finish on the stand mixer was compromised with a paint transfer from a green basket. It's not buffing out. The second team left lots behind. Many boxes had no label

Your crew was sloppy in packing some fragile items. As we unpacked boxes the day after the move, we discovered broken and chipped glass and ceramic items because they were not carefully wrapped before packing. They also seemed rushed, just dumping drawers of kitchen tools loose into boxes, which resulted in nicks and dents on some kitchen tools.

The job was challenging. The three man crew was undecided how to approach and move a one piece double sink and Vanity upstairs. Crew seemed frustrated and complained about the size and weight. After further discussion. I recommended we unbox and evaluate space and limitations.. luckily, the counter top was unattached and they were able to move it successfully. Don't expect any clean up by the crew
