Nick, Paul G, and Christian were more than helpful, cheerful, professional, and did not damage any of my things. They took care not to scratch my new floor or any of my belongings. They put together the entertainment center and the kitchen table, which was very helpful for me. My doggies liked them too.

Jeremy, Victor and Paul were professional, courtious, and friendly. Jeremy efficiently managed this project. As soon as one item of furniture was slightly damaged (minor issue), Jeremy immediatly generated an incident report and explained how/when/where the repair would be made. The Team handled many pieces of antique furniture with utmost care. We were very pleased

They did a great job taking care to wrap furniture for safety. I give them kudos for that. My negative comments are about the way the handled boxes and time management. A few were labeled andamp;acirc;FRAGILEandamp;acirc; and andamp;acirc;DO NOT STACK ON TOPandamp;acirc;. I found these boxes under others as they dollied them into the house. One box had a lot of shattered glass and the box had been carefully and precisely packed. Hard lesson learned: donandamp;acirc;t let movers touch your fragile boxes.
They did stand around quite a bit and we did have to load some of our big items onto a trailer to move things along since it was going slowly. We used a different company to move us 2.5 years ago and it took much less time.
