Freddy and Gabriel were great! They were professional and friendly, and wasted no time.
My only critique is I don’t like paying for their travel time before and after, is this common throughout the industry, or used to lower the hourly rate?

The reason we charge from the time we leave the shop and until we get back is becasue we want to be as fair as possible to the customer. Some companies charge a flat fee which can bee like $100. If you are 15 minutes away and the hourly rate is $105 for example, than you will not pay $100.</div>

There was a little issue with the truck not starting after if arrived but a new truck was delivered and the move proceeded as normal. I was happy with action taken to ensure that my move went smooth despite the truck malfunctioning.
