Jamie and Tristan helped my daughter move on Friday August 17. They arrived on time, were friendly, made the move as quick and painless as possible. It was a three stop move, one item to my house, a number of large items to her new townhome and the final stop was at the storage. The only issue we had was with the storage unit (not a 2 men and a truck issue) but the storage facility told me they don't allow 2 men and a truck at their facility because they have had a difficult time with the company in the past (rude behavior and they claimed to have caught 2 men employees trying to break into their facility). I told them I had not been told this, that I use 2 men and a truck all the time and the gentlemen helping me with the move are professionals. They backed down and let us move.

Wyatt, Paul, Xavier and Henry did an excellent job packing our furniture and really hustled.
When I was a younger man I considered myself a hard worker but I don't think I could have kept up with this crew.
Worth every penny.

The men listened to my request as to how I wanted to unpack my home. They listen to the details, and I was able to leave them to tasks on their own. And then we're super careful with my delicate stuff. They were friendly and courteous and simply follow directions to a t with no judgment or suggestions of Their Own. I enjoyed that.

The whole experience with your company was excellent.

I was introduced to the team. They worked independently of me and other than touching base during the day they didn't require supervision. They were pleasant and helpful. My dollar amount increased as there was more than anticipated. Everything was clearly explained.

The movers were not prepared to move the items that I needed moved and are not any good at spacial placing. Left heavy and large items until the end and then didn't have room for them, even though there was plenty of space in the truck. Beyond what they told me they didn't have room for I am also missing a solar panel and 5 fiber board shelves for a shelving unit which it useless without them, and a leg piece for a second shelf unit is missing, again making it useless. All told made a stressful situation worse.
