Multiple pieces of furniture broken
A $2500 bike stolen from the side of the truck where it was PROPPED UP on the truck, not even within the truck. No responsibility, no ethics, no customer service.. police laughed at their lack of responsibility as we watched the person steal my son's bike on the survellience cameras.. owner says, "technically we don't have to do anything about it.." WOW. In my agreement with this company it speaks to 50,000 of insurance on the load of my truck. No ethics. I wrote an article for a local magazine about this experience and found that this company locally is seen as taking money and providing a horrible service with no customer care. Since they paid, heard nothing!

I have used Two Men and a Truck several times in the past. This time my experience was not so good. The movers severely damaged our stainless steel refrigerator. They managed to badly scratch and/or dent both refrigerator doors and the freezer door. They did file a damage report and Zoraya in the office has been helpful. We will see if the doors actually get replaced like Zoraya said they would. I am skeptical. The movers were friendly, personable, and professional looking and acting. I would still recommend Two Men & A Truck, with the caveat that customers should expect some damage.

My first experience resulted in some damage, however the company wyickly sent a repair person (western furniture) who did an amazing job. This is why I used two men again. The second move went perfect. Guys were awesome and worked really hard and very professional!

Everything was fabulous except they dented a few places on the walls. When I showed them, they said they didn’t do it.... we had an inspection last week WITH PICTURES and no one has been in the house since. I was able to patch them myself and repaint.... but seriously, to tell me that you didn’t do it. But the guys were great. They worked very hard. They took great care of my furniture. I would still call you again over other companies.

The gentleman were polite, tried to be quick & efficient. I stayed out of there way which I probably shouldn't have. The mover placed two end tables together, one upside down on the other. He put nothing between the two tables resulting in my Mother's vintage tables scratched to heck. I did not unwrap them before they left nor did I stand over them as they prepared to move them. It was an emotional move emptying my Mom's house as she had passed away. My fault for trusting. This incompetence was unnecessary. Please don't do that to anyone else. Oh well. I should have checked them before they left, I didn't. Other than that the other pieces arrived fine & that was appreciated.But I had pre emptied shelves, drawers etc. It can be repaired, just disappointing.

From the beginning of the process I was happy with Two Men and Truck, because a consultant showed on time for the walk-through for providing a quote. The day of the move, the moving team called prior to confirm the address and provided an ETA. Team showed up on time and worked well together as a team. My disappointment begun when two items got damaged during the move. The lead guy from the moving team did his part, with documenting and taking pictures of the damage items. Informed me that I someone from the office would contact me to discuss the damages. It's been a week and half since the move and no one has made contact. I've received several emails Asking How Did We Do. Basically completing a survey. So I submitted the survey, and unfortunately I couldn't give them a high review.

the movers were very professional, but they said they would turn in our claim for a broken cedar chest that was my Grandmothers. They promised that they would be contacting me on the first business day after the move. To date, I have heard nothing. The packers missed a lot of our stuff and had to have the movers pack it up, As the day went on, they got sloppier and sloppier on the way they packed things. After all of this, they still didn't get everything out of drawers of cabinets.
